Coverage Period: August 1, 2007 through August 1, 2008, or from the date of membership through August 1, 2008.

Covered Activities: All sanctioned/supervised youth volleyball activities.

Coverage Territory: Accident coverage applies to members while playing in the United States, its territories and possessions, Canada and Puerto Rico, and while temporarily outside the United States, as long as the activity is recognized by the United States Youth Volleyball League. Liability coverage applies in the United States, its territories and possessions, Canada and Puerto Rico, and in any lawsuits brought in U.S. courts.
